Codes of Conduct and Trade
In addition to following all laws and regulations in any work that we do, we also commit to safety for our employees and customers with our codes of conduct and approach that encourage transparency.
Kale Pratt & Whitney is committed to, and will comply with, all applicable laws and regulations when importing and/or exporting products, services and information, including but not limited to the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the U.S. Export Administration Regulations when importing and/or re-exporting controlled technical data, goods as well as being fully compliant with the export and import laws of Turkey and the countries in which the Company operates.
Kale Pratt and Whitney Export Control Policy and procedures apply to all Kale Pratt and Whitney employees. Kale Pratt and Whitney establish and implement internal processes/procedures to meet the requirements set forth in the Export Control Procedures.
Work relationships in Kale Pratt & Whitney are maintained in accordance with the work ethics standards of the highest order and laws in effect. An Ethics Line was created to evaluate any possible violations of codes of conduct. As stated in relevant Kale Group regulations, any applications made to “Ethics Line” shall be confidential and these applications shall be thoroughly reviewed by the Ethics Committee in accordance with the principles of confidentiality.
